All members should be aware of each others rules before entering into a merger. All members should be aware of what each party brings to the table pros and cons before a merger. All members should be aware of what other mls options there are before entering into merger. All members deserve to know the facts and truth. Transparency is key. When will mls rules be provided to all members of either mls? Can we have a spreadsheet provided to us of pros and cons with complete honesty?
